Returns, Exchanges & Warranties

If you have purchased a Sharkskin product via a stockist or an on-line retailer, please reach out directly to them to arrange your return, exchange, or warranty.

Returns: If you receive a product that you believe is not what was expected we will replace the item or refund your purchase at our discretion.

Please ensure you complete the below online form, choosing either an exchange or return, with your name, order number, and telephone number.

Exchanges and Refunds: If you wish to swap an item for another design, or if you want to change the size or colour of an item then please choose one of the two procedures below -  We ask that you also please confirm you have the correct sizing by follow the below directions.

1. Once the digital returns form below is completed and submitted we will reply with a return approval number and a copy of your submitted request form for you to return with your item(s).

A. You will then need to post the item(s) back to us including a printed copy of the approved submitted form bellow or return number, this will have the details of which design, colour, size you would like to exchange it to. Please make sure when completing the below returns & exchange form, that you include as much detail as possible, including accurate return address and contact details.

Note - This option requires us to receive your return and process it before sending your newly selected item(s) out, so takes longer than the 2nd option listed below.

2. Alternatively, please place an order and pay for the new design, different size, or different colour you want directly through the Sharkskin website.

A. Then complete the below form and we will approve your exchange and send you a return approval form to send with your return. Once we receive the item(s) and provided the below conditions are met we will process a refund to you.

Warranties: Authentic Sharkskin^™ garments come with a 2-year guarantee on workmanship, (excludes fading and degeneration as a result of excessive exposure to chlorine or sunlight).

Warranty claims must be submitted by completing the below warranty and returns form for warranty appraisal.

Please include as much information as you can and upload supporting photographs to assist in processing your claim. Once we receive your email we will let you know the status of your warranty claim and if we need any further information or if we need the item(s) returned to us for further inspection.

Conditions: The following conditions apply for orders purchased directly from Sharkskin –

• Returns for exchange or refund must be sent back within 30 days of purchase.
• The customer is responsible for all return postage costs.
• Returned or exchange items will only be processed provided the item is in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, not altered in any way and with all the original tags attached – so it can be resold as new.
• We recommend sending returns via ‘registered’ or ‘tracked’ post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.
• Gift cards and promo codes cannot be applied to exchanges.
• Gift cards and vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase and are non-refundable.
• Any return offers we negotiate will apply to individual sales only.
• Exchanges and refunds are not accepted for free or promotional products.
